Personalized Support Task Class
Learn a focused support task that can make difficult moments easier to navigate.
A More Personal Way to Build Everyday Support
This class focuses on helpful behaviors such as nudging, leaning, or interrupting distress behaviors. I tailor the training to your dog's temperament, current skills, and the situations where support would be most useful. Each exercise is introduced clearly and practiced at a comfortable pace.
You will learn how to recognize useful moments, guide the behavior, and reinforce it consistently. The session is practical and collaborative, with attention to safe handling and realistic expectations. You leave with a clearer understanding of the task and how to continue practicing it between classes.
Ideal For
Dogs learning their first support task
Handlers seeking practical distress interruption skills
Teams building calm, reliable communication
Dogs with a foundation in reward-based training
How It Works
Discuss Your Needs: Identify the distress situations and support behavior that best fit your goals.
Shape The Task: Practice clear cues, positioning, and rewards with your dog.
Plan Continued Practice: Review how to reinforce the behavior safely at home.

About our trainer Nicole
Born and raised in Sweden I always valued the deep connection between every being. A way of honoring this ancient bond is to learn how to communicate with the critters we share our homes with.
I have a holistic approach to dog training and believe that building skills through encouragement and reward based training is in line with the golden rule; treat others the way you want to be treated.
My training heavily focuses on helping you and your dog become the best team you can be, regardless of what that might look like. I want to bridge the gap between fully trained service animals and regular pets. I do this by providing affordable troubleshooting and solutions so that everyone can enjoy the freedom of supporting each other and access life together.
